The fix for RT-28992 went into b82, so if you are still seeing a bug, 
and you are sure you are running >= b82 then this may be a different 
problem. David might be able to shed some light on it.

As for the lag, it turns out that b85 was staged, but the web site 
wasn't updated. I would expect b86 today (although I see there is a 
scheduled outage which may impact that), which will include pretty much 
any fixes made up through the first half of the week.
