openjfx repos for FX 2 update releases

In preparation for resuming early access builds of the newly-renamed JDK 
7u40 / FX 2.2.40 release, we have renamed the openjfx 2.2.6 repositories 
to 2u, to match the JDK naming scheme more closely. The following 
forests will be used for FX 2 update releases:
