CFV: New OpenJFX Committer:Daniel Blaukopf

I hereby nominate Daniel Blaukopf to OpenJFX Committer.
Daniel is a member of the Embedded Device team, which means he works across various aspects of the platform. He is also the architect for the "embedded device" space.
