current state of gradle script for Android?

Hi Tobi,
shouldn't be necessary to patch android.gradle file or set 
ANDROID_CROSS_TOOLS_VER anymore. The latest changes resolve path to a 
toolchain taking into account variants of NDK. Thank you for testing it.
