CFV: New OpenJFX Committer: Mick Fleming

I hereby nominate Mick Fleming (OpenJDK user name: mickf) to OpenJFX 
Commmitter.

Mick is a member of JavaFX Controls team at Oracle. He fixed many bugs 
and implemented tons of features in virtually every JavaFX Control, from 
buttons to tables. Here is a short list of his commits:

As I wrote in another email, full list of changesets can be found from 
command line:

   hg log -u mickf

It shows far more than 32 entries, which would be enough for nomination 
to Reviewer, if we had this role OpenJFX.

Only current OpenJFX Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
