Converting from svg format to javafx css svg

[Pedro Duque Vieira]

I think it is an interesting use of CSS - sizing stuff..  I think its the
only way that currently exists, i.e. using padding.

P.s.: what happened to the width and height property that was discussed in
this mailing list?
