hg: openjfx/8/graphics/rt: Numerous Gradle build fixes. Improved rules for which files are copied to src/main/java vs. src/main/resources. Implemented the construction of artifacts. Verified that all the right files are there, and none of the wrong ones (although there are some questionable empty directories). Oh, and the manifest isn't right yet. Otherwise looking pretty good.
