Missing file chooser control

I know it is not helpful for this cause but I very much prefer the use 
of standard dialogs. The Swing replicas don't look and feel native, 
especially when those dialogs change with a new OS version. Instead 
there are numerous other tickets about filechooser already in Jira I'd 
like to see addressed first...
