When will JFX be fully open sourced?

I just need to set up a Jenkins build to publish poems on the cloud bees
server. I should have the free time by the end of the week. I am also
going to publish the ant-javafx jars as well so our build plugins can pull
those.

Getting the native jars built automatically will be the tricky part, I
think CloudBees only offers Linux for free. I am not sure if they have Mac
or windows agents available.
