Moving to Gradle (finally)

Until this Friday when the project reorganization is complete, you must run:

gradle -b generator.gradle

in the rt first, and then cd ../javafx and run gradle from there. The gradle files in the current rt are not functional with the existing project layout, only with the new layout which is produced via generator.gradle.
