Assuming you mean a 32 bit HotSpot, the answer is no.

For a while, there was a patch around on the Internet to enable a 32 bit build. You
can find a reference here, for example:
http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/macosx-port-dev/2012-June/004544.html

No idea if it still works, though, or it ever did, as no one was actively 
working on making the 32 bit build pass the relevant test suites, etc. so 
it never got merged in.
