Curious if anything has ever come from this?  We are seeing this error a lot
at one of our client's site, using java build 1.7.0_45-b18 , on Mac OS X 10.8.5.

Reproducing is next to impossible, except for this one client!  Sometimes
(assuming same underlying cause) this manifests itself as a frozen client
(more often the case), and others as odd focus behaviour.
