Reenable webkit on jfx78?

Hi,

Currently the web-module (aka webkit) is not included in the jfx78 backport.

I have done some tests after enabling it in jfx78. At least on linux it 
works fine.
However it increases the compile time and memory usage during 
compilation considerably (if you choose to build the native part of webkit).
So the pros are:
- backport is more complete
- backport should be easier maintain (less changes)

The cons are:
- compile time

Are there any opinions, whether i should enable the web-module on future 
releases of jfx78 or not?
