Deployment documentation/questions

This forum is a fine place to talk about it.  The code lives in the openjfx repo so this looks to be the best place.

The JavaFX 2 documentation is still valid for the JavaFX 8 FCS release, as only minor bug fixes went in.

For the 8u20 release the documentation should all still be valid, since backwards compatibility is an expressed goal.  We are adding new features and re-working the inner plumbing of the packager, but it should all look and act the same from the outside.

Once the 8u20 early access builds start rolling out I’ll be making more noise about the new features,  but all of the old features should still work.
