[RT-34966]  Platform.isSupported reported wrong MultiTouch Status

Summary: there was no check for ConditionalFeature.DEVICE_MULTITOUCH  in udevInput.c in Lens. Check was added and the test exclusion was removed from InputDevicePropertyTest.java

Tested with: LinuxInputTests and the JIRA attached application
