[RT-35536]  [Lens] EGalaxTest.testDoubleClick2 fails
Summary: Problem was that in Lens getMultiClickMaxX/Y() were returning 2 (pixels) and therefore clicks with bigger delta wouldn't produce double clicks.
Changed the return value to be LensTouchInputSupport.touchTapRadius (default to 20)
