JavaFX support for native notifications

I am new to that list, so sorry if that has been discussed already earlier.

Is there any support in JavaFX for native notifications. In OSX there is that notification panel on the top right corner showing for instance incoming mails as well a bouncing dock icon.
I have found one JavaFX simulation for the notification panel (https://github.com/HanSolo/Enzo) but it is not controlled by the OS so if multiple other notifications come in they will overlay...
