prism monocle

Hi,

I'm a bit confused on the directory structure for the prism-monocle
implementation. I created https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-40467 for
this.
There are calls to getNativeWindowType being made in monocle/eglUtils.c but
the implementation is only in the eglfb subdirectory. The eglUtils.c file
itself is both in monocle as well as in eglfb.
For the android implementation, I duplicated the wrapped_egl.c file in the
monocle directory as well, but I don't think this is how it should be?
