Kevin,
    Here is the first of a chain of refactors for JavaFX unit tests. The webrev is pretty useless as it shows all moves as a add/remove and is huge.

In short, I added a bunch of "shims" allowing all of the junit tests to be moved to a new package tree "test.*"

Tested on Mac and Linux so far.
