Test bug fix review request.

Hi everyone.
Please take a look at my fix for openjfx test: JDK-8161202

Fix just removes test, that relies on external webpage which doesn't 
exist now.
Fix is applicable for both 8 and 9 tests.

P.S. I think, manual only tests could be completely moved back to 
"closed" test workspace.
