review v3: [JavaFX] Conditional support for GTK 3 on Linux

This reworks the loading of the gtk symbols, providing for trying .so.0 first, and falling forward or back between 2 & 3.

The meat of the change in the rework in wrapper_main.c

I also removed the block of code mentioned by Serge in GlassApplication.cpp
