javapacker's iconswap flagged as malware

Hi Scott,

I’m not actively running Windows 10 and last time I did run the Java Packager under Windows 10 it worked just fine so this is new behavior within I’d say the last 6 months. Feel free to file a bug, but I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done from the JDK side.
