Kevin, Alexander, please review the following update to the Apple provided CoreAudio utility classes:

The change to GstAVPlaybackPipeline.cpp is necessary to avoid a compiler error when building with a later version of Xcode. No changes to the media code were necessary, since we didn't use Component Manager.
