Ah, my mistake then. I thought it actually was part of SE now.
I think I originally misread:
"Starting with Java SE 7 Update 6, JavaFX is part of Oracle's Java SE
implementation."

I misread that as "Starting with Java SE 7 Update 6, JavaFX is part of
Oracle's Java SE specification."
