CFV: New OpenJFX Committer: Rajath Kamath

I hereby nominate Rajath Kamath [1] to OpenJFX Committer.

Rajath is a member of JavaFX team at Oracle, who has contributed 11 
changesets [2][3] to OpenJFX.
