[11] Review request: 8196198: Remove obsolete apps/experiments

Ajit or Phil,

Please review the following fix to remove the obsolete apps/experiments 
from the OpenJFX repo:

There is no reason to keep them around in jfx mainline (they can still 
be found in openjfx/10 as well as being in the hg history).
