Building on windows

Hello Thiago,

I would recommend using the following powershell script to build OpenJFX
locally on Windows:

https://github.com/javafxports/openjdk-jfx/blob/develop/tools/scripts/build.ps1

The only prerequisite needed to run that script is the chocolatey package
manager (https://chocolatey.org/).

It would probably be an improvement to the script if it checked for the
existence of chocolatey install and if it
is not find print a more helpful error message.

If you don't want to install Cygwin you can use the `-nocygwin` argument
otherwise the script
will try to auto-install it using Chocolatey.
