[13] RFR: JDK-8223722: Cleanup .gitignore file

Thanks. I ended up pushing this into jfx-dev for openjfx14. Since 
developers should be working in the `develop` branch, I wasn't sure it 
was worth pushing it to 13-dev (for the jfx-13 branch). I can pull it 
into 13-dev if you want me to, though. Let me know.
