@kevinrushforth You're right, It didn't fix it (the black header).  I think I forgot the parameter to force GPU and thought it was fixed. I'm investigating it.

InitialSizeTest should now work on Ubuntu 16.04.

Deiconify undecorated stage is not working (as before) - I'm looking into it.
