        FloatPoint startPoint = origin + FloatPoint(0, thickness / 2);
        FloatPoint endPoint = startPoint + FloatPoint(width, 0);
        drawLine(
            IntPoint(startPoint.x(), startPoint.y()),
            IntPoint(endPoint.x(), endPoint.y()));

        setStrokeStyle(savedStrokeStyle);
        setStrokeThickness(savedStrokeThickness);

It works , and stroke thickness is effective.
