Asking for inclusion on 17.0.4 (if the rules permits)

Hi,

If possible, it would be nice to see those on 17.0.4:

[REDO] Wrong stage gets focused after modal stage creation

Modal behavior returns to wrong stage
https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8284654

We have an application that runs on Linux and without those two fixes we
have random windows popping up or going behind when it should not.
