I've got 59,937 errors after switching to your branch (all errors in apps and systemTests).
Once thing I noticed right away is that it hasn't been synched up with 'master' recently.  It is also possible that the project needs to be removed and added back to eclipse workspace.  Here is the screenshot - are the top level projects the same as yours?
