I hereby nominate Andy Goryachev [1] to OpenJFX Reviewer.

Andy is a member of JavaFX team at Oracle, who has contributed 50 
commits [2] to OpenJFX. Andy consistently participates in code reviews 
of various pull requests, especially in the areas of UI Controls and 
Scene Graph.
