I used the mouse to test on my two desktop computers (one is x86 device with Ubuntu 20.04 and the other is ARM device with Ubuntu 22.04). 

As a result, not only the up scrolling is still invalid, but the down scrolling is only effective for the first time. After that, it is completely impossible to use the mouse wheel to scroll.
