There are [a few issues](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8288449?jql=resolution%20%3D%20Fixed%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%20jfx20%20AND%20(labels%20%3D%20%22noreg-doc%22)%20AND%20type%20%3D%20Bug%20ORDER%20BY%20cf%5B10008%5D%20ASC) labelled as `noreg-doc`, but are still a part of the release notes. Can you confirm if these are required to be in this list?
