1. There seems to be more standard sizes according to https://www.papersizes.org/us-envelope-sizes.htm
for example "Commercial 8-5/8 envelope"
2. Windows Custom Paper Size Dialog allows the user to specify custom paper size width (3.00 -8.5") height (6.00-14.00)
