RFR: 8329820: [Linux] Prefer EGL over GLX [v7]

Thiago Milczarek Sayao has updated the pull request incrementally with one additional commit since the last revision:

  - Use EGL_DEFAULT_DISPLAY
  - Deallocate the resources correctly
  - Use PBuffer as the dummy surface
