You are right, @karthikpandelu , the inline nodes work as expected.

Sorry, I got confused by low indexes in Text which is correct because there are multiple instances of Text in the flow and the hit info from Text is relative to the text fragment in that particular instance of Text.

I do see that grapheme clusters are rendered incorrectly in RTL
