FINAL REMINDER: JavaFX 23 RDP1 starts tomorrow [was: Proposed schedule for JavaFX 23]

As a reminder, JavaFX 23 RDP1 starts tomorrow, July 11th. I will fork 
the 'jfx23' branch at 16:00 UTC.
