EGL requires an `EGLSurface` to be created, and the most obvious place is in `createDrawable`. The problem is that `DrawableInfo` is never freed, so the `SetSceneScalingTest` fails when another Scene is created on the same Stage with `EGL_BAD_ALLOC` - That's because `createDrawable` is called again and it already has a `EGLSurface` associated with it.
So I need to resolve #1586 first.
