I was testing it and so far i can see that regression but i do not fully understand the reason behind it. Also this test behaves strangely with the useSystemMenuBar property toggle - when the "No Custom Menus" selected and the "use system menu bar" options checked the menu "No Custom Menus" is in the system menu bar but if i select anything else the items appear in the test frame. I have pulled changes from the master though.
