[jfx25u] RFR: 8370235: WebKit build fails on Windows 32-bit and Linux 32-bit after JDK-8367578

A clean backport for jfx25u. The fix is for WebKit build fails on Windows 32-bit and Linux 32-bit after JDK-8367578. The build fails without fix and passes with fix.
