RichTextArea missing Caspian entries

I am afraid the Caspian CSS is effectively unmaintained since jfx 9 or so.  All the changes and fixes go to Modena.

I wonder if we should deprecate Caspian (not for removal).

May I ask why you are using Caspian and not Modena?  Is there something missing or got worse in Modena?
