The addition of `MOUSE_DRAG_DONE` as an event type seems valuable for
improving the traceability of user interactions in graphical interfaces.
>From an institutional perspective, such events can support audit trails in
legal systems that require precise input tracking.

Has consideration been given to how this event behaves in hybrid or
touch-based environments?
