Given where we are in the JavaFX 26 release cycle, it is too late for the GA release, but this seems like a good candidate for a 26 update release (jfx26u) and possibly also a 25 update release (jfx25u).

The easiest way is to use Skara's `/backport` command, which in this case would be `/backport jfx26u`. You can issue the `/backport` command by adding a comment either in this PR or in the commit, 28bde153cbf960e1b8d74d258ba351a5305f124b in the repo. Then follow the instructions to create the PR. Once you have created the PR, request approval (using Skara's `/approval request` command).
