Make the Node#treeVisibleProperty() public?

Hi,

For controls that contain looping animations, using
`Node#treeVisibleProperty()` can help reduce unnecessary overhead.
However, this property is not public, making it difficult for custom
controls to use.
So, is it possible to mark this property as public?
