RFR: 8378383: Create release notes for JavaFX 26

The first column of the large table wraps for me, but I could not find a way to set the width or enforce nbrk in github markdown.

That's a lot of bugs!  I cannot possibly validate the list manually, all I can do is rubber stamp it.
