I'm having a deja vu :) This is going to be the same discussion that was on
openjfx-dev a while back.

I propose that we use the Wiki to keep track of ideas/wishes/directions so
that we won't need to bring it up each time. There are already old
discussion pages there [1]. For example, rich text [2].

I volunteer to do the janitorial duties with the aim of creating a clear
view at everything that was brought up in these discussions. My hope is
that it will serve as an agglomeration surface for contributors with
similar interests. I think that there is a merit to list the people who are
interested for each feature, if that's fine with everyone. This way it's
easier to form a team.
