CFV: New panama Committer: Mikael Vidstedt

I hereby nominate Mikael Vidstedt (OpenJDK user name: mikael) to 
Committer role in Project Panama.

Mikael is actively working on:
   * native call support in the JVM: vararg functions and upcalls (from 
native into Java) support;
  * Java API binder for native interfaces (produced by jextract).

Also, he is jdk9 Committer.

Votes are due by December, 22 2015.

Only current panama Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
