CFV: New panama Committer: Jim Laskey

I hereby nominate Jim Laskey (email: james.laskey at oracle.com) to Committer role in Project Panama.

Jim was lead for the Nashorn project of JDK 8 and is a key contributor (jlink, jimage) to the Jigsaw project.
He has been working on OpenJDK since at least 2012 (when he open-sourced Nashorn).
He has contributed hundreds of changesets to JDK 8 and 9 across nashorn [1] and jdk [2] repositories.

Votes are due by Jun 15, 2017.
